Doug DiDominica has built his career at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and financial leadership. Raised in a family that transformed a small flower stand into a thriving retail business, Doug learned early the grit, resilience, and vision needed to create lasting success. Those lessons shaped his approach as a financial advisor and fueled his passion for helping business owners and professionals pursue their goals.
Doug began his career in financial services in 1996, later launching and growing a successful financial services company and broker-dealer, which was sold in 2007. He then spent 16 years at a Fortune 500 firm, coaching and leading more than 400 advisors across 14 states. Known for his mentorship and leadership, Doug has helped hundreds of professionals launch and grow successful practices.
In 2023, he founded Imperity, a partner firm designed to give advisors independence while maintaining the culture, support, and collaboration that drive growth.
Beyond work, Doug is a proud father of six and grandfather of three. He is an avid hockey player and coach, outdoorsman, community advocate, and an FAA Licensed Private Pilot. Doug and his family split their time between Massapequa, NY, and their lake home in northern Maine.
